Shipping Policy Effective 1/1/2024
- Custom orders are shipped within 7-10 business days for Bling Jerseys, Football/Basketballs, and Jeans/Shorts. Varsity Jackets are shipped within 14-28 business days (often sooner).
- Non-Customized Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (including) Saturdays and tracking is provided via email once updated.
Return Policy Effective 1/1/2024
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Petal by Rose Gold E-Gift Card. Any items that have received any form of discount CANNOT be returned under any circumstances.
Please be sure to send your item(s) back in full accordance with our return policy:
- Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear. NO EXCEPTIONS
- ANY ORDER THAT HAS A DISCOUNT CODE APPLIED TO IT, IS NON-RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS
- There will be a 15% restock fee on any returned item. Please be advised all items are inspected prior to shipping.
- Customized Products and accessories are non-returnable.
- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code sent via email once item(s) are received back from you and processed.
- Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) has been received back.
- We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please contact us via email at info@petalbyrosegold.com and provide a picture of the paper invoice that was included inside your package along with the damage to the item.
- Petal by Rose Gold is not responsible for any returned packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. We highly recommend you get insurance on your package with the respective postal company you use.
